With every detail perfected to ensure your stay is unforgettable, Porters Paradise has an open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities. Three gorgeous and spacious bedrooms with smart TVs, three bathrooms, an indoor living area with smart TV and an open plan lounge and dining area outside. The private plunge pool is nestled in the lush back garden and is the perfect space to entertain and unwind.

Porters Place development has 24 hour CCTV and a main electric gate system. We have CCTV on the exterior of the property as well just to provide that little extra security for your comfort.

Upon completion of the development, there will be additional leisure facilities available for your use. With practical sustainability as the main focus of the common areas, there will be a farmers garden, open green spaces and a gym.

Whilst staying at Porters Paradise you will also have access to the beach club with priority use of lounge chairs and a discount on food and beverages. Additional to this, there will be 6 priority lounge chairs at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion for you to use from 15th December 2023.

Rental Rates are subject to a 10% Shared Economy Levy and a 1.5% service fee.
