About One Beachlands
One Beachlands is a six-bedroom beachfront villa on Barbados' Platinum Coast, created for families and friends who want space, privacy and the Caribbean Sea immediately beyond the garden. Sleeping up to 12 guests, the house unfolds across two expansive levels, with full-height glass drawing ocean views and natural light through the main living areas.
All six bedrooms face the sea and have en-suite bathrooms. Open-plan living spaces move easily outdoors, while smart controls manage the lighting, climate and entertainment. A private cinema, ocean-facing gym and wet bar give the house as much to offer indoors as it does beside the water.
Outside, a 75-foot infinity pool runs between two pavilions, with places to dine, gather or step away for a quieter hour. A path through the landscaped garden leads directly onto the beach.
A private chef, butler and villa team look after the practical rhythm of each day, supported by the OCE concierge team. Holetown, Limegrove and West Coast dining are close when guests wish to explore beyond the villa.
