Construction will begin in September 2023. Introductory pricing starts at $327,600 for two bedrooms and $385,450 for three bedrooms.

Lot sizes range from 3,729 sq. ft to 10,145 sq. ft and home sizes from 980 sq. ft to 1,225 sq. ft.
